Alpha Energy Gluten Free Brownies

“This is my New Healthy” ALPHA  ENERGY” Brownies”                                                

1/2 cup Alpha Energy Edible Oils
1 can beets
3/4 c dark brown sugar
1/4c agave nectar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1-1/4 cup cocoa powder
3/4 c Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Wheat Free Baking Mix
1 cup dark 60% cacao chocolate chips

Line a 9 X 9 lightly sprayed pan with parchment paper. In food processor pulse beets. Add ALPHA ENERGY EDIBLE OIL , brown  sugar, eggs, agave and vanilla. Pulse until well combined. In medium bowl whisk baking mix and cocoa powder. Add dry to wet ingredients in 3 stages. Remove bowl from processor and fold until well mixed. DO NOT OVER MIX.  Fold in chocolate chips.Bake 30 mins or until knife comes out clean. Let Cool. Cut into squares.
