The reasons why you should be taking Flax seed, Sesame seed and Pumpkin seed

There are so many ways to grinding Flax seed and putting in your food. You should be consuming at least 30 grams of Fibre daily. Thicken sauces, Add in  cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, soups or  baked goods. (FLAX EGGS) Did you know you can substitute 1tbsp. of ground Flax seed and 2-3 tbsp. water = 1 egg. Simmer until thickened and let cool.


Men should eat Pumpkin seeds for there prostate health. It is a great healthy snack packed with Zinc. I take Zinc for hair skin and nails. Great for strengthening your Immune System. One cup of pumpkin seeds supplies about 11g of protein and 11 grams of Fibre. Improve immunity because of the zinc. L-tryptophan can improve the mood naturally and may even be effective against depression. I purchase raw pumpkin skins and put them in salads, soups, oatmeal or just a snack before bed for a good night’s sleep.

Sesame seeds contain Oleic acid (monounsaturated fatty acid) and niacin   that may help  lower LDL (bad cholesterol) and HDL (good cholesterol) in the blood. A great snack. Add to baked goods.
