calmproduct081715A few years ago I suffered some Health complaints like Migraines and Leg cramps. My job at the time required long hours in front of the computer and standing. When  working in the Natural Health Industry I did a lot of research for my clients. I started to do some research on Calcium vs  Magnesium. I discovered that Magnesium relaxes the muscles, while Calcium excites nerves. My ratio of Calcium was too high. Stress was a factor. I needed to calm my nerves with Magnesium. I found +natural vitality Raspberry/Lemon Powdered Magnesium. Sound delicious right? Well it is. It’s Vegan Non-GMO The Anti-Stress Drink. I started with one half teaspoon daily and gradually increase to two teaspoons per day as needed. Place powder in a glass or mug add 2-3 oz of hot water. Let it fizz. Stir until dissolved. Fill with warm or cold water. Enjoy! I like to add to my bottled water. Feeling under the weather due to a cold or flu? Soothe a Sore Throat
