 Flax is a great source of Protein and Omega-3 fatty acids to add into your regular diet.  Best forms are amber/yellow/gold. Available in tablet, oil, liquid form, seed whole or ground. Add to baking goods, soups, stews, sauces, cereals and substitute for eggs. Flax-eggs >1 tablespoon of +Bob’s Red Mill ground to 3 tablespoons of water. I purchased a coffee grinder to grind my whole flaxseeds. Affordable and convenient.
